Students with 504 Plans
Mountain Phoenix supports students with 504 plans. Generally needed for medical issues on a temporary or full time basis, 504 plans support students so they can access the curriculum if there are accommodations needed to achieve this goal. Our 504 team consists of the Principal, teachers, the child’s parent(s) and the 504 Coordinator.
