Mountain Phoenix Community School is still accepting enrollment applications for the 2008-09 school year. We are small school with a maximum enrollment capacity of 67 students for next year. All available spaces are currently being filled on a first come first serve basis. The best way to ensure a space for your child is to enroll now, before the class rolls are full. To enroll your child, please fill out a Mountain Phoenix Enrollment Packet and the Student Information Card. Remember to sign both forms and drop them off at the school office or mail to:
