Your Life, Only Calmer – Denver Waldorf School

Calming our minds, focusing our attention, and feeling positive about life – skills useful for every day. Rudolf Steiner, the founder of Waldorf education, offered very simple exercises to help people to attain these skills. They seem enormously simple, yet can become a challenge of discipline. Anyone can do this, and when they are practiced over time, they can yield surprisingly wonderful results. Join Glenda Monasch, Dr. Adam Blanning, and Ina Jaehnig on Tuesdays from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m.:

  • October 18
  • November 15
  • December 13
  • January 24
  • February 21

The sessions will take place at The Denver Waldorf School. Everyone interested is welcome. For more information, contact Ina Jaehnig at inajaehnig@denverwaldorf.org.
