Mark your calendars! MPCS’s 6th Annual Auction, “Spring into Auction,” will take place Saturday, April 8. It is also one of the largest fundraisers of the year with all proceeds directly benefitting our students through improvements and enhancements to our classrooms, curriculum, and campus. Stay tuned for specific details in the weeks to come regarding tickets and the night itself. The auction is sure to be a night NOT to be missed!
We Need YOUR Help!
Seeking Higher-Value Auction Donations
Mountain getaways, airline tickets, destination vacations, season tickets, cooking experiences, hotel stays, sports memorabilia, etc. (value $300 and up)
This year, the silent auction portion will be limited to classroom baskets, classroom projects, and time with teacher. Higher-value items will be the focus of the paddle raises and the live auction. Our overall goal is to provide a more organized auction experience. If you would like to ask local businesses for items, there is a procurement form available here or in the office. Email Katie at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions. Please submit items by Thursday, March 23 to Sandra in the Main Office.
Seeking Licensed Caterer
The auction committee is looking for a licensed caterer for the spring auction and would love to give the business to someone from within our community.
