MPCS Parent Council All Campus Meeting – 12/11/2012 –

I.            7:00 – Welcome to the meeting –

II.            7:00 – Pres or VP – PC has been meeting with GC and Foundation in Tri-board meetings – with the purpose of aligning our goals, communication pathways, roles and responsibilities, policies and procedures.

III.            7:05 – Kat Bonfiglio – from the MPCS Foundation – Volunteer Hours

IV.            7:10 – Gina Schley – Info on Pizza Fridays

V.            7:20 – Sticky Fingers, Yoga for Young Warriors

VI.            7:30 – Treasurers Report – Rich Peters

1. vote on Treasurer’s Responsibilities as an addendum to the PC bylaws
2. There is a PC funds request form – on website under PC, Committees tab.
3. New Fundraising Committee and Chair – Nicole
4. Proposal for SCRIP program
5. Distribution of fundraising funds so far

VII.            7:45 – Committee Reports

1. Please remember, forms are on the website to download and fill out and put in your committee binder.  Please use them to take notes, keep track of budget, include a “debrief” of items that worked well, didn’t work, general notes for the next year’s event to make life easier and more smooth.
2. *Reports only please*. Please don’t use this time to conduct committee business. Only committees with upcoming business/activity need to report. Committee’s with a star will report.
