On-site Grades Before and Aftercare program

Mountain Phoenix Before and Aftercare is available for Elementary and Middle grades on all regular scheduled school days. Check our school calendar in advanced to see if these services will available on specific early release days or closed days: School Calendar

Each family will be billed through their JEFFCO account monthly. Payments for these fees are due by the 1st day of each month.

Fees

The flat fee rates are summarized below:

Before Care:  Mornings start at 7:30 a.m. in the homeschool room in Faddick Hall, then transition to the Early Childhood playground at 7:45 (depending on weather) following classroom drop-off at 8:00 for grades children.

  • $10.00/day

Aftercare:  Aftercare is offered from 3:35 pm to 6:00 pm in the Great Hall. (Charges will start at 3:40, giving a 5 minute grace period.)

  • Drop-in Fee (Monday-Thursday)-$20
  • 5 Day Monthly Flat Rate- $275

Aftercare Friday:  Friday aftercare is offered from 1:35 pm to 6:00 pm in the Great Hall. (Charges will start at 1:40 giving a five minute grace period)                                                                                                                         

  • Drop-in Fee (Friday’s) – $24
  • Friday’s Only Monthly Flat Rate- $80

~ A wholesome organic snack will be provided daily in Aftercare.~

Aftercare ends promptly at 6:00 p.m. every school day Mon-Fri. There is a late pick-up fee of $1 per minute for any pickup after 6:00 p.m.

Payment Policy:

In addition, there will be a $50 daily late fee until payment is made. Any failed ACH and Returned Checks will be charged a fee of $30. If any of these services provided are failed to be paid by the 1st of each month, you will be notified by phone to pick up your child before aftercare starts that day.
