MPCS Registration 2023 – 24
The time has come to register your child(ren) for the 2023 – 24 school year at Mountain Phoenix Community School!
- Instrument Rental & In-Person Registration on August 9th from 1:00 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- An additional In-Person Registration is available on August 10th from 7:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
All registration items must be completed by August 10th.

For simplicity and ease, 100% of registration can be done online unless you need to pay fees in-person or are pick-up paper copies of needed forms. Please note that Instrument Rental Event this year takes place on August 9th from 1 p.m. – 6 p.m. in the Assembly Hall.
For new families, you can do much of the registration online or attend the In-Person Registration event any time during the times listed above for August 9th and August 10th.
There is a required New Family Orientation that will take place on campus on Monday, August 7, 2023 from 9 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Please note that Instrument Rental Event takes place on August 9th from 1 p.m. – 6 p.m. in the Assembly Hall.
A save-the-date note went via ParentSquare in mid July and an RSVP will be sent out shortly. This event is for all new parents/caregivers and students Grades 2-8. If you are a new family in ECE or Grade 1, and would like to attend (parents/caregivers only) please RSVP through Sondra Lockett-Cameron via ParentSquare.
